Staff Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design and development of complex board-level electrical hardware and subsystem integration for next-generation targeting technologies. Mentor junior engineers and drive the full hardware lifecycle from schematic capture and PCB layout to validation and production.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and typically 12+ years of experience in electronic design and system integration. Proficiency with tools like Mentor Graphics Xpedition and LTSPICE is expected, with a preference for experience in aerospace or defense standards.
