Senior Solutions & Implementation Analyst

Job Description

Lead enterprise customer discovery and translate business requirements into successful AI solution deployments. Support pre-sales discovery to define viable project scopes and ensure long-term customer adoption and account health.

Requirements: Requires five or more years of experience in enterprise software implementation or solutions consulting with a strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Must be able to work onsite in Chicago five days a week and travel up to 25%.
