As a key member of our Water/Wastewater Group, you will get to make an impact every day. Some of the key things you will do are:

* Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering impactful water and wastewater solutions
* Design systems including conveyance, pumping, storage, and treatment infrastructure
* Take projects from concept through construction, working side-by-side with clients, agencies, and contractors
* Drive project scope, budgets, and technical excellence
* Mentor and develop junior engineers---helping shape the next generation
* Build trusted relationships and contribute to business development efforts

Requirements

**Who You Are:**You're more than a credential, you're a collaborator, a problem-solver, and a leader.

* Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 5 years of experience
* Background in municipal water/wastewater planning, design, and construction
* Comfortable leading teams and communicating with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
* Passionate about delivering quality work and exceptional client service
* Driven to mentor others and grow your career
