Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

The role involves acting as the Intent Manager for the Kanban team to plan and prioritize work requests from business partners and SCRUM teams. The engineer will design, code, document, and test technical solutions while supporting defect resolution and system health.

Requirements: Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent with over 6 years of professional experience in technology or insurance and application development using Java and Spring. At least 3 years of experience coordinating deliveries from junior developers and communicating with stakeholders is required.
