FT 3rd Fresh Trainer

Job Description

Responsible for training new associates on technical skills, safety protocols, and equipment operation within a distribution center. The role involves assessing associate progress, providing ongoing coaching, and collaborating with operations and HR to ensure company standards are met.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in selection or lift techniques, preferably within an ADUSA distribution environment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varying temperature environments from -5 to 90+ degrees Fahrenheit.
