Job Description

Leads the training and retraining of Distribution Center employees, focusing on onboarding, safety, and equipment operation. Partners with Operations, Industrial Engineering, and HR to maintain current standards and improve productivity metrics.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma and experience in selection and lift driving within a distribution environment. Previous leadership experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS are preferred.
