Senior Software Engineer, Backend (PBA - Growth)

Job Description

Own and deliver quarterly goals by leading engineers through complex, open-ended problems and managing the product development lifecycle. Foster a culture of quality through design standards and support the operational availability of backend artifacts.

Requirements: Requires 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin and a track record of building distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and strong communication skills.
