Senior Software Engineer, Backend (PBA - Growth)

Job Description

Own and deliver quarterly goals for the Powered by Affirm team, leading engineers through the design and implementation of APIs for enterprise merchants. Collaborate with product and design teams to solve complex technical problems while maintaining high standards for code quality and system availability.

Requirements: Requires 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin, with a proven track record of building distributed systems on AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to design extensible, high-availability system components.
