Mechanical Engineer (Engineer IV)

Job Description

Lead the development and execution of complex mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing capital projects within occupied County facilities. Act as the primary representative for design projects, ensuring engineering solutions meet quality standards and budget requirements.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture and a valid Professional Engineer license for the state of Virginia. Candidates should have at least four years of professional experience, with a preference for those with extensive lead experience in commercial building systems.
