Staff Software Engineer, AI Tools

Job Description

Act as the technical lead for third-party AI tool connectivity and the owner of custom MCP servers that integrate internal tools. Design secure AI integration architectures and lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline AI adoption across the company.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in authentication, authorization, and backend systems. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a proven track record of leading staff-level initiatives are expected.
