Job Description

Lead the SDS Software Factory as Deputy Chief Engineer, overseeing the delivery and testing of software for weapon systems and ground control. Ensure adherence to engineering processes, technical baselines, and compliance with company and customer quality standards.

Requirements: Requires 14-16+ years of STEM experience depending on degree, an active DoD Secret clearance, and extensive expertise in C++ and embedded software. Candidates must have a proven track record in hardware/software integration and technical team management.
