Staff Software Engineer, AI Tools

Job Description

The role serves as the technical lead for third-party AI tool connectivity and the development of custom MCP servers to expose internal tools. Responsibilities include designing secure AI integration architectures, leading cross-functional initiatives, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in authentication, authorization, and backend systems design. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with a proven track record of operating at a staff-level scope.
