Assistant State Signal & Lighting Engineer

Job Description

Provide specialized guidance and develop policies for the design and operation of traffic signals and roadway lighting. Support various districts with signal operations, manage new product evaluations, and assist with the Connected and Automated Vehicle Program.

Requirements: Must hold a professional engineer license from the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience and Interior Design. Requires three years of experience in traffic signal design, electrical principles, and supervisory duties.
