Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

The role involves acting as the Intent Manager for the Kanban team to plan and prioritize work requests from SCRUM teams and business partners. Responsibilities include designing, coding, documenting, and testing technical solutions while supporting system health and defect resolution.

Requirements: Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent with over 6 years of professional experience in technology or insurance and application development using Java and Spring. At least 3 years of experience coordinating junior developers and communicating with stakeholders is required.
