Civil Engineer - Land Development

Job Description

The role involves preparing site development plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, focusing on grading, drainage, and stormwater management. The engineer will coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies to move projects from early planning through final design.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in civil site design or land development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with various development project types are required.
