Junior Software Engineer (AI-Forward)

Job Description

Build and ship full-stack product features and AI-powered tools including tutoring agents and coach dashboards. Own smaller systems end-to-end and implement AI coding workflows and regression tests for LLM features.

Requirements: Requires a degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or Physics with 0-2 years of experience and fluent daily use of AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code. Proficiency in a modern web stack and residency in Austin, TX are mandatory.
