Job Description

Design and draft site plans, subdivision plans, and construction drawings for residential and commercial land development. Develop hydraulic and stormwater collection systems and incorporate erosion and sediment control measures into grading plans.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 2-3+ years of experience in land and site development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential, and EIT certification is preferred.
