The Lead Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain a high-performance distributed online video Ad Server system. They will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team while collaborating with Product Managers to align technical specifications with business needs.

Requirements: Candidates need a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in C/C++, database design, network programming, and distributed mission-critical systems. Strong project management skills and familiarity with the Open RTB protocol or the advertising industry are highly valued.
