Hardware Test Engineer, Structures & Mechanisms

Job Description

Own the mechanical testing and validation of flight-critical aircraft structures and mechanisms from prototype to deployment. Design and maintain custom test stands, fixtures, and automated rigs to ensure hardware meets safety and reliability requirements.

Requirements: Requires proven experience in high-performance mechanical hardware validation and hands-on expertise in designing instrumented test systems. Proficiency in CAD, Python for automation, and a strong track record of root cause analysis for complex failures are essential.
