Full Stack Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and troubleshooting of secure, scalable full-stack software solutions within the Digital Document Management Team. Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and lead communities of practice to improve code quality and delivery speed.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Java or Python and modern UI frameworks like React or Angular. Candidates must have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, relational/NoSQL databases, and the integration of AI-based development tools.
