Staff Materials Engineer

Job Description

The Staff Materials Engineer will design and validate key electrode components for Iron-Air Batteries to ensure performance and scalability. They will partner with cross-functional teams to transition materials from prototype to high-volume production.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in materials science or engineering, including 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing. Proficiency in DOE, statistical tools like JMP or Minitab, and risk mitigation tools like FMEA is essential.
