Conversational Designer - Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

The role involves designing conversational interfaces and virtual agents, specifically focusing on telecom-specific challenges like call routing and service provisioning. The engineer will utilize GCP architecture and Dialogflow CX to build and optimize conversational performance.

Requirements: Candidates need 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in conversational design, and proficiency in Python and RESTful APIs. Google Cloud certifications and hands-on experience with Gen AI and CCAI tools are highly desired.
