Civil Engineer Manager (Hydraulic)

Job Description

Lead the Encroachments Section by supervising technical staff and overseeing the review of Water Obstruction and Encroachment permits. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure statewide consistency in permitting and regulatory compliance.

Requirements: Requires four years of professional civil engineering experience, including three years in a hydraulic specialty and one year of supervisory experience. Must possess a valid Professional Engineer license from Pennsylvania and a valid driver's license.
