Engineering - Engineering Manager

Job Description

Lead and develop the engineering team while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in alignment with company standards. Coordinate with design, project management, and sales teams to support project planning, execution, and technical evaluations.

Requirements: Requires a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred) and a Professional Engineer license in IL, WI, or IN. Candidates need at least 8-10 years of precast prestressed concrete design experience and 3 years of management experience in the industry.
