Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform (US - Remote or Calgary)

Job Description

Design, ship, and operate the core runtime surfaces of the Syndi AI platform, including the agent loop, tool execution, and memory management. You will also develop the evaluation system and manage production observability and compliance requirements.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of experience building production backend systems with deep proficiency in Python, relational databases, and GCP/Kubernetes. Candidates must have proven experience building LLM-powered systems in production, such as RAG or agent loops.
