Senior Project Manager (Facilities)

Job Description

Lead and coach a team of Project Specialists while owning the general contractor-side execution of renovations, retrofits, and facility upgrades. Manage subcontractors and field personnel across various US job sites to ensure projects remain on schedule and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements: Requires five or more years of contractor-side facilities project management and at least two years of experience supervising project teams. Candidates should have experience managing projects between $1M and $3M and possess hands-on trade knowledge, preferably in electrical or HVAC.
