Lead Software Engineer - Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable software components for Identity Governance and Administration within the CTO team. Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and mentor team members in clean code and problem-solving.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI frameworks. Candidates must demonstrate leadership in using AI-assisted development tools and have strong backend and DevOps proficiency.
