Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Plant Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, plant layouts, and material flow to improve efficiency. This includes managing KPIs, capacity planning, and utilizing simulation modeling to support the production of high-performance battery systems.

Requirements: Candidates need a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field with 3-5+ years of experience in plant production and operations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM 360, and plant simulation software like Siemens Plant Simulation or AnyLogic is required.
