Job Description

Manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution. This includes handling all aspects of discovery, litigation, and collaborating with insurance companies and employers.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree and be a member of the State Bar of California. Strong research, analytical, and proactive case management skills are required.
