Line Cook

Job Description

The line cook is responsible for preparing proteins and vegetables, maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation, and ensuring high-quality food service. They must also assist in closing the kitchen and managing food safety standards throughout their shift.

Requirements: Applicants must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends and possess the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Candidates should have strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a high-standard kitchen environment.
