### - We require a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or an equivalent non-U.S. qualification directly relevant to the role. - We require 9+ years of related experience in systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, electrical engineering, certification, or product security. - We require experience coordinating and presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - We require a strong understanding of airplane systems and networks. - We prefer experience in cybersecurity, secure network architecture, embedded systems security, security testing and evaluation, or network design. - We prefer familiarity with DO-326B, DO-356A, and DO-355. - We prefer 5+ years of related experience in systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, electrical engineering, certification, or product security. - We prefer technical leadership experience with a positive, curious mindset. - We prefer one or more security certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, CCNA, UNIX/LINUX System Administration, GIAC GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, OSCE, or OSCP. - We require candidates to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person. - We require a bachelors degree or equivalent. - We do not sponsor employment visas for this position.

Responsibilities:

- We serve as the principal technical subject matter expert and lead engineer for all 787 product security engineering matters, including products, production, and factory operations. - We provide technical leadership to assigned and deployed PSE teammates. - We develop technical strategies, plans, and project proposals. - We help define and scope PSE work, roles, and responsibilities to support 787 project requirements. - We support the 787 PSE leader in building business and people plans. - We conduct technical design reviews and validate assumptions to support engineering excellence throughout the program lifecycle. - We act as a technical stakeholder and contributor on 787 system, engineering, and program-level change boards. - We participate in 787 risk, issue, and opportunity processes and safety management systems. - We oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes. - We deliver reliable, predictable, and consistent product security engineering support to 787 Airplane Program leadership across the full program lifecycle, including production and factory security and resiliency.
