Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the architectural design and integration of scalable applications while providing Level 3 technical support and incident management. Oversee development standards and mentor engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce technical debt.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of expertise in .NET development and enterprise integration, including experience in a technical lead role. Must have experience with low-code platforms like Appian and integration tools such as MuleSoft, preferably within the public sector.
