Job Description

The engineer will lead the electromagnetic design for high-speed permanent magnet alternators and motors using FEA and lumped parameter calculations. They will coordinate with mechanical and power electronics teams to ensure technical compliance and meet customer requirements.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong foundation in electromagnetic design and FEA analysis. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are required to interact with internal teams and external customers.
