Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for managing direct and indirect labor, line speed, and workstation assignments to ensure efficient production. They utilize lean concepts and time/motion studies to identify and eliminate waste within the assembly process.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field and the ability to communicate across all organizational levels. A master's degree and MODAPTS training are preferred qualifications.
