Job Description

The Chemical Process Engineer is responsible for the design, optimization, and technical support of silicone and silane manufacturing processes. This includes leading scale-up activities, conducting root cause analysis for equipment issues, and collaborating with EHS and QA teams to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required, with 5-7 years of experience in process development and project management preferred. Candidates must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled production environment and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 30 pounds.
