Job Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of structural and mechanical subsystems for autonomous aircraft from initial concept through production and field sustainment. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage trade-offs, lead supplier selection, and ensure flight safety and reliability.

Requirements: Requires proven experience in developing high-performance mechanical hardware and a first-principles approach to engineering. Candidates must have deep hands-on expertise in carbon composites, plastics, and metallic structures along with strong DFM and supplier management skills.
