Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

Job Description

Serve as a senior technical leader responsible for planning technical roadmaps and breaking down complex product challenges into actionable solutions. You will influence engineering decisions, reduce technical debt, and communicate system architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software engineering experience, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree, with expert-level Ruby on Rails skills. Candidates must be able to obtain a VA Public Trust security clearance and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
