### - We require a bachelors degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, logistics engineering, sustainment, or integrated logistics support. - We accept a graduate degree with at least 4 years of related experience. - In place of a degree, we require at least 10 years of related integrated logistics support, sustainment, or logistics systems engineering experience. - We prefer at least 6 years of experience in logistics engineering, sustainment engineering, or integrated logistics support for defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated technical programs. - We prefer experience conducting Product Support Analysis and Logistics Support Analysis in line with recognized industry standards. - We prefer proficiency with logistics data and supportability tools and databases such as Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog, or comparable systems. - We prefer experience with supportability and cost analysis tools such as Compass and CASA, or similar applications. - We prefer military logistics experience with direct involvement in supply support, maintenance planning, and sustainment operations. - We prefer demonstrated experience creating lifecycle sustainment documentation and supportability deliverables for complex hardware systems. - We prefer experience defining and implementing support and maintenance concepts at the organizational, intermediate, and depot levels. - We prefer strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex logistics and sustainment topics to technical and non-technical audiences. - We prefer an active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance. - We expect the ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances, statuses, or licenses. - We require the ability to travel up to 10% as needed. - We value experience using artificial intelligence tools and techniques to improve quality, decision-making, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- We lead the planning, development, and coordination of integrated logistics support activities to ensure supportability requirements are defined and implemented across the system lifecycle. - We create, review, and maintain logistics and sustainment documentation such as Integrated Logistics Support Plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Life Cycle Cost Analyses, Level of Repair Analyses, Provisioning Parts Lists, Maintenance Task Analyses, maintenance plans, Support Equipment Recommendation Data, and related Product Support Analysis and Logistics Support Analysis outputs. - We perform and interpret supportability, provisioning, sparing, repair level, DMSMS, maintenance planning, and sustainment risk analyses, then turn those findings into program recommendations. - We define support and maintenance concepts for organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance of electronic systems and equipment. - We assess lifecycle cost drivers and help shape sustainment strategies that improve readiness, affordability, maintainability, and long-term supportability. - We collaborate with systems engineering, design engineering, program management, manufacturing, supply chain, training, and customer teams to embed logistics considerations into design, development, fielding, and sustainment work. - We contribute to technical, design, and program reviews by presenting logistics and supportability risks, implications, and recommended actions. - We use ILS, PSA, and LSA tools, models, and databases to manage logistics data, evaluate supportability performance, and produce metrics, analyses, and reports for stakeholders. - We provide technical guidance and mentoring within the ILS discipline and help improve logistics engineering processes, methods, tools, and best practices. - We support customer engagement by explaining sustainment strategies, supportability status, and lifecycle impacts, and by responding to logistics requirements and data requests.
