DESIGN ENGINEERING MANAGER - DRIVELINE LARGE TRACTOR

Job Description

Lead an engineering team in the design and delivery of driveline components such as transmissions and axles for large tractors. Manage the full product development lifecycle, including virtual validation, BOM management, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, agricultural, or automotive engineering with at least 10 years of product development experience and 3 years of supervisory experience. Candidates must be proficient in Pro-E/CREO and capable of traveling up to 20%.
