Job Description

Provide technical leadership for the design, validation, and optimization of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. Lead battery sizing, evaluate BESS technologies, and drive the integration of EMS, Plant Controllers, and SCADA systems.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of electrical engineering experience focusing on battery systems, inverter performance, and EMS integration. Proficiency in PSCAD, MATLAB, and Python is essential for engineering analysis and operational analytics.
