**Staff Electrical Engineer -- High Voltage Substation Design**  

**Area** : Multiple Markets (Atlanta / Ann Arbor / Chattanooga / Orlando / Raleigh / Portland / Boston / Irvine / Walnut Creek) --- Hybrid 3 Days/Week

**Shift**: 1st Shift

**Job Summary**:

* Serve as single-discipline technical lead on electrical substation projects up to 765kV
* Develop protection and control deliverables: protective relays, panel arrangements, one-line/three-line diagrams, AC/DC schematics, and relay panel wiring
* Develop physical design deliverables: yard layout plans, grounding, lightning protection, control building arrangements, and auxiliary AC/DC power systems
* Perform and oversee quality review of electrical substation design packages
* Prepare electrical equipment specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM)
* Manage design budgets and schedules
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
* Present proposals, designs, and project updates
* Mentor junior team members and support business development/pursuit activities
