Job Description

The role involves conducting advanced mechanical engineering analysis of systems in regulated laboratories to reduce workplace hazards and exposures. Key duties include performing on-site inspections, reviewing computational fluid dynamic models, and serving as a subject matter expert on containment controls.

Requirements: Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including professional licensure or passing the FE exam. For the GS-12 level, one year of specialized experience in laboratory mechanical infrastructure and HVAC systems is required.
