Job Description

Lead the development, documentation, and modification of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems for military aerospace applications. Oversee root cause analysis for design non-conformances and provide technical mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 5 years in aerospace manufacturing. Proficiency in CATIA, GD&T, and aerospace materials processing is essential.
