Job Description

Lead a small engineering team to deliver features and technical improvements for a large-scale live game on Roblox. Drive day-to-day execution from planning through release while mentoring engineers and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires 3-5+ years of Roblox game development experience and at least 1 year of experience leading an engineering team. Candidates must demonstrate mastery of the Roblox platform and a proven track record of shipping features through the full production lifecycle.
