travel from job to job checking quality of work and use of materialsAssist Superintendent to schedule the work of subcontractorsAssemble shop drawings and deliver submittals for structural coordination meetings and EOR reviewAssist Superintendent with the projects Shaw 1 2 3 Quality Control program as it pertains to concrete work specifically prephase meetings first day inspections scheduled inspectionsMaintain a copy of specifications submittals and As Built drawingsMeasure actual production rates of crews weekly and compare to planned ratesMonitor and enforce the comprehensive project safety \& security program as defined in the company safety program and in accordance with all applicable safety codes and regulationsSupervisemonitor Foreman general labor and back out crewsAssist Self Perform Manager to administer RFIs ASIs etcAssist Self Perform Manager with assembling change pricingAssist Self Perform Manager to coordinate with Project Superintendent on Shaw self performed work including labor \& equipment plan budget and code trackingmanagementAssist Self Perform Manager with getting more labor equipment etc as requiredAssist Self Perform Manager with detailed material takeoffsAssist Self Perform Manager with plan review and VEMaintain and update a detailed list of tools equipment and materials to be used or moved from jobsite to jobsitePerform other duties and take on other responsibilities as requiredOther Duties Participate in Company TrainingAssist with pre construction including estimating and quantificationParticipate in presentations and assist in development of proposalsSupervisor Responsibilities Supervises foremen or hourly personnel as assigned EducationExperience Four year college degree preferably in Construction ManagementMinimum 2 years experience with a General Contractor self perform or trade contractor background concrete preferredSkills Required Thorough knowledge and understanding of general construction practices and techniques for concrete work construction document reading construction means methods and materials and understanding of current building codes Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs Strong management leadership and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing Physical Demands \& Work Environment Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs passenger use of construction personnel hoists ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus Performing this job requires use of hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls sit talk and hear stand climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl Employee must occasionally lift andor move up to 75 pounds While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works on site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts;
