Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled MEP professional with expertise in **costing, budgeting, and BOQ management**. The role involves handling end-to-end cost estimation, vendor billing, and contract management for MEP projects across multiple asset classes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare detailed **BOQs** based on MEP drawings and designs
* Review BOQs prepared by consultants for accuracy and cost efficiency
* Develop and finalize **project budgets** at various stages
* Verify and certify **contractor/vendor bills** with reconciliation of materials
* Track **project progress vs cost** and analyze % completion
* Estimate **cost to completion** and prepare monthly cost reports
* Perform **rate analysis** and price BOQs as per market standards
* Review tender and contract documents and provide inputs
* Participate in **pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and contract awarding**
* Support **financial closure** of projects

**Requirements**

* B.E / B.Tech (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
* 4--5 years of experience in **MEP costing/budgeting**
* Experience handling projects independently
* Strong understanding of BOQ, cost estimation, scheduling, and cash flow
* Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant tools
