Job Description

Design complex software engineering challenges and build reference solutions in Python to test AI coding agents. Analyze agent failure points and review peer-created tasks for clarity and correctness.

Requirements: Requires an MSc or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least one year of professional software or research engineering experience. Must possess strong Python scripting skills and the ability to commit to 35 hours per week.
