Job Description

The role involves reviewing and preparing parcel maps, subdivision maps, and legal property descriptions while ensuring accuracy against existing records. It also includes coordinating with public and private agencies and supervising field crews and office staff.

Requirements: Candidates must have 18 months of land survey experience and a valid Land Surveyor license or eligibility to obtain one within six months. Proficiency in surveying principles, map preparation, and legal description analysis is required.
