Job Description

Develop and ship production features for an AI-native financial services platform, owning bounded pieces of the product end-to-end. Create and maintain evaluation harnesses to ensure the correctness and reliability of AI-driven features in a regulated industry.

Requirements: Seeking early-career engineers (graduating 2024-2026 or up to 2 years experience) with a degree in CS or a proven track record of building independent projects. Candidates must have experience building with LLMs and demonstrate high agency and a preference for problem-solving over ticket-following.
