Job Description

Manage heavy civil capital construction projects and review private development projects for water and wastewater infrastructure. Execute annual service, maintenance, and emergency response contracts while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Candidates must possess technical expertise in civil engineering and a collaborative, innovative spirit. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are required to turn conceptual plans into successful construction projects.
